Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Our Commitment

At Thrive Counselling Therapy, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be changed or canceled. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our practice.

Cancellation of Appointments

We require a minimum of [e.g., 48 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be in need of services.

  • Cancellations with sufficient notice (more than [e.g., 48 hours]): There will be no charge, and any payment made for the session will be fully refunded or credited towards a future appointment.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as you are able to discuss your situation. We reserve the right to waive the cancellation fee in cases of genuine emergencies.

Refunds for Services

We do not offer refunds for therapy sessions that have been completed. If you are dissatisfied with a session, we encourage you to discuss your concerns with your therapist. Open communication is a core part of the therapeutic process, and we are committed to working with you to find a resolution.

Group Therapy and Workshops

For group therapy sessions or workshops, a full refund may be available if you cancel [e.g., one week] before the start date. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking for each group or workshop.
